Bhoke Mtatiro-Mgeni

Having recently joined the Grumeti Fund team as the Head of Communications and Fundraising, Bhoke is passionate about strategic thinking and creative communication. She has embodied the Grumeti Fund vision, ensuring all decisions push towards a world in which people and wildlife live together sustainably, forever.

Bhoke oversees internal and external communication for Grumeti Fund, ensuring the message is consistent and engaging. Having worked in three different continents has allowed her to gain cross-cultural communication skills, excellent networking abilities and adaptive thinking. Bhoke is an organized strategist, who believes communicating well is essential for everyone in the workplace.

Bhoke grew up in Vancouver, British Columbia and received a Bachelors of Arts degree at Simon Fraser University. She later pursed a Paralegal Diploma at Vancouver Career College, where she worked as a Paralegal for several years in a prestigious Vancouver law firm.
