Of course, there is the chance that this card just gets removed on entry, but in our experience, Spinner of Souls is not threatening enough at a majority of tables to get this reaction, making it a sneaky pick

UNBOUND monsters (yes its supposed to be ALL-CAPS) would be distinguished from most monsters in that they would have a second effect box, AND would not have Pendulum Scales (unless its an UNBOUND Pendulum monster, in which case their gimmick would be that their monster and pendulum effect boxes would be active at the same time, regardless of if theyre in the monster or pendulum zones.) This second effect box can be used for about anything a card design might have in mind, but in this case, Ive taken to using the first effect box to store the more Universal effects of each UNBOUND DIVINITY (summoning conditions, restrictions, etc), while giving each card its more unique effects in its second box
For example, Modern Cascade decks and quite a few Legacy decks (like Mono-Red Prison) also run it
