Each year, the Grumeti Fund partners with Singita to host the Serengeti Girls Run, an annual seven-day event that brings women from around the world to the western Serengeti in support of girls’ empowerment initiatives. Participants gain behind-the-scenes insight into the Grumeti Fund’s work and engage closely with the Community Outreach team before completing three consecutive half-marathons over three days.
Established in 2024, in partnership between Grumeti Fund and Singita, the Wagora Bike Ride is an annual six-day cycling event that honors the courage and commitment of Grumeti Fund’s anti-poaching scouts. Over three days, participants cycle 150 kilometers through this landscape, riding alongside frontline conservation heroes and directly supporting their efforts to protect the western Serengeti.
Grumeti Fund fundraises through an American 501(c)(3) fundraising partner, the African Community & Conservation Foundation (ACCF). ACCF offers US-tax deductible donations for the Grumeti Fund’s work.
